Vocational Training - Topic of the German-Angolan Economic Forum 2011

The 4th German-Angolan Economic Forum took place on 16th and 17th of June, 2011 in Munich. This year 220 people participated, among them a delegation of 80 participants from Angola including Economy Minister Abrahão Pio dos Santos Gourgel.
For the first time there was a panel about Vocational Training at the Forum. Delegates of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Munich), the HypoVereinsbank and the Angolan Industrial Association (AIA) as well as GIZ-FormPRO were present in the panel. GIZ-FormPRO talked about experiences of the Angolan labour market and the openness of the Angolan partners to German vocational training concepts.
